SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Building custom devices means having lead times. Please take into account 3-4 weeks to receive your order starting from the date of payment also depending on transit and transport.
If you live outside Italy, any potential customs fees are your responsibility as the amount is determined by your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As mentioned, we build devices based on incoming orders. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
We personally test every single module before shipping so, they will work :)

A FURTHER NOTE ABOUT LASERS
Eurorack modules are particularly tough, but these shiny machines called lasers are not. In other words, you can break them if you do not pay attention to the frequencies you feed them, especially if you use signals with a lot of spikes or sharp angles (which generate higher harmonics). We have implemented all kinds of protection, but trust us, you can still break them anyway. So please, be gentle!
